OUR AREAS OF WORK

Research & Development

Specialists in the science department at our Baden-Baden location research and develop all of our formulas. As a result, all of our products are made in Germany. This is where we create product innovations with customized effectiveness based on the latest functional ingredients. Our expertise includes development according to certification guidelines such as NATRUE, as well as Clean Beauty and Medical Performance Beauty. In addition to new product development, we also constantly monitor the quality and cosmetic properties of existing formulations.

Purchasing

Our experienced purchasing team always pays attention to ecologically and ethically sound substances when selecting our suppliers. This is based on responsible trade, certified processes and delivery conditions, fair working conditions, fair wages and the prohibition of child labor.

PRODUCTION

Our production facilities with state-of-the-art technology ensure consistent quality and high product capacities ranging from 30 kg to 2,000 kg. Complete value chain from purchasing to logistics. High quality and flexible production with modern technology as well as high quality and flexible packaging lines. With high manufacturing and processing efficiency, flexible production and the latest, state-of-the-art technology, we can guarantee high capacities and fast turnaround times.

MARKETING & SALES

Our Brand Management creates product innovations and, with the entire BCG team, covers the complete development process for cosmetic products – from the initial product concept to packaging design and marketing activities with corresponding communication. We are represented with our brands in some 70 countries around the world, and can also look back on more than 80 years of experience distributing our products. BIODROGA and SANS SOUCIS brand products can be found mainly in cosmetic salons, department stores and perfumeries. The brands BIO:VÉGANE SKINFOOD and DR. SCHELLER are primarily distributed in drugstores, grocery stores and online.

Administration

In its role as business partner, our administrative team provides expert advice and support to all departments and work areas. From accounting to human resources to reception, the team ensures that everything is running smoothly. Our IT department handles the ongoing digitalization of all relevant processes and at the same time ensures a trouble-free digital working environment. Our colleagues in controlling provide the specialist departments with transparent analyses. In doing so, they ensure that the company has the necessary background information as a basis for sound decision-making.

LOGISTICS

The primary goal of our logistics team is to ensure that our customers, our dealers and our distributors are satisfied – from the moment the order is placed to the smooth coordination of delivery. We are always reliable, fast and target-oriented when it comes to our national and international shipping orders and our order processing. Our team works hand in hand to get things done and doesn’t settle for the status quo.
